Delivery Information

The delivery of the orders registered and confirmed on the website www.health-shop.com will take place as follows:

Orders placed until 14:00 will be delivered the next day.

Orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered within 48h of the order placement date.

Orders placed Friday. If you wish to deliver on Saturday, please specify this when placing your order or phone confirmation, or send an email to [email protected] after placing the order in which you mentioned this. Otherwise, the order will be delivered starting Monday.

Delivery Methods

For orders placed in Romania, they will be delivered via the courier company FAN Courier. The shipping charge is zero for such deliveries regardless of the products ordered.

You will be contacted by the courier at the phone number provided when creating your account to deliver the package.

For orders placed outside of Romania, they will be shipped via the UPS courier company. The delivery charge is fixed and is priced 4.99 EUR for parcels weighing 1kg. When you confirm your order, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking code. You can track the delivery status by visiting the website: www.ups.com. Follow the steps on the website and write the tracking code to see where the package is.

Note: If the products in your order exceed 1kg, additional charges of EUR 4.99 per additional kg will be added. At the time of placing the order, the total delivery charge will be displayed within the order.

Change or cancel the order

The possibility of canceling an order or delivery is available in your customer account, the "Orders" section.

If the cancellation is no longer possible because it is being delivered, if you have changed your mind and you do not want a product in order, you want a product other than the one ordered or you do not want any of the ordered products, you can announce as soon as possible at 021.351.66.41 or email: [email protected].
